There are two ways to use Eleox Support.

There are two groups of support issues:
Once you submit a form, the Eleox Support team will be notified and get back to you within one business day.
Users can view updates on their issues in the Support portal and will receive email updates. Users can share issue tickets, control notification settings, and leave comments when a ticket is submitted.
Log into the Support portal. You will see a Requests button in the upper right with a drop-down. You can see requests you created as well as requests you are involved in. The Support Team will leave comments you can view and respond to.
Any correspondence is sent to your email. You can change the notification settings on the ticket page.
